urban getaway
convenient location easy independence
I found many restaurants, shops, and public transport options very close to the accommodation. The location was unbeatable. the self-service aspect for extra amenities from the storage cupboard was quite useful, with a sense of independence and ease. also, i liked the app access for the hotel and the room using a phone was convenient and quick.
The air conditioning did not work so well, and it required the window to be open, i found that quite noisy. Especially with streetcars and bars being nearby, that impacted my sleep. many signs about additional fees such as a high fine if the fire department gets called. this.

check-in and check-out were easy, and the instructions were provided promptly. the staff responded quickly to messages and addressed any questions. this resulted in a seamless experience.

The in-room kitchen included all cooking appliances. i enjoyed having the option to prepare my own meals. This added a touch of home to my journey. coffee and tea were provided.

The room had a decent size, the large bed provided a very comfortable rest, and i slept soundly. the room included a balcony. This offered pleasant city views. i did really love the room!

The accommodation is in the heart of the musuem district. Every store is right outside the main door, , made everything accessible. i found it easy to walk to less touristy areas. i enjoyed exploring the nearby park.

great location clean room comfortable bed faulty ac heat chock poor assistance
the location its great, it was near everything. rooms were clean, also spacious. the bed was comfortable to sleep in.
the central air condition system dont work, it was so hot inside. i got a heat chock when i entered the room. i called a lot of times to ask for help, but no one assisted properly.

The location provided great access to public transportation. The room Was a good size and offered great value. I would stay at this hotel again.
The decor lacked warmth. Hallway carpets were covered in old stains. The lack of on-site reception WAS disappointing.
